This article made my day. I've been trying to tell my team softball coach that the fastball isn't everything. Currently I've been throwing just junk ball but now my coach wants me to throw a fastball more often. I don't know why since we're moving up to A and they can easily hit it, and honestly my fastball isn't fast anymore since I've had to change my whole pitching style because I used to leap. Thanks for the tips.
